BSNL's high speed internet plan for non-OTT users: Speeds of more than 25 Mbps

BSNL has released new high-speed internet plans keeping in mind its customers. This plan is for those who do not use OTT services. These plans were launched on 6 July and promise to deliver speeds ranging from 25 Mbps to 100 Mbps. These are the first offerings introduced by BSNL and serve to significantly increase connectivity options for users. With the introduction of these plans, BSNL aims to provide and serve better service to its customers.

BSNL has decided to implement changes in the monthly plans of Rs 599, Rs 699, and Rs 799 given the demands of technical and marketing departments in different circles. BSNL's previous Rs 599 plan included OTT services with a speed of 75 Mbps. But now a new OTT-free plan at the price of the same plan offers an increased speed of 100 Mbps. It has a monthly data limit of 4000 GB for both options. This is a pioneering move by BSNL in the market, which works to meet the needs of its undiscovered customer segment.

The main goal of this initiative is to help those customers who do not need OTT services. BSNL has potentially tried to reduce unnecessary costs associated with internet traffic and OTT subscriptions. This move by BSNL is to streamline services and meet diverse needs depending on the customer. Along with this, it is also designed to provide more tailored options. This move by BSNL can save OTT providers from unnecessary expenses.
